ESTHERM manufacturing team with 45 years of experience is able to produce for dental technology all kinds of muffle and annealing furnaces and dental laboratory apparatuses.

In long time working we produced more than a 7 thousand furnaces and other arrangements and accessories for dental technology.
In collaboration with many famous scientific institutions and laboratories, working together on a project of glowing, we could say that we have high quality burnout furnaces up to 1800° C.

HIGHT-TEMPERATURE CHAMBER FURNANCES UP TO 1650°C FOR TRANSLUCENT ZIRCONIA SINTERING

These furnaces are perfectly suited for sintering of translucent zirconia units. The special molybdenum discilicide heating elements offer best possible protection against chemical interaction between charge and heating elements.

PRODUCTION FURNACES FOR DEBINDING AND SINTERING UP TO 1800°C

Designed as tabletop models, these compact high-temperature chamber furnaces have a variety of advantages. The first-class workmanship using high-quality materials, combined with ease of operation, make these furnaces all-rounders in research and the laboratory. These furnaces are also perfectly suited for the sintering of technical ceramics, such as zirconium oxide dental bridges.

TUBE FURNACES

The Estherm tube furnaces convince with their unbeatable price-performance ratio, very compact outer dimensions and their low weight. These all-rounders are equipped with a working tube which also serves as support for the heating wires. Thus, the working tube is part of the furnace heating which has the advantage that the furnaces achieve very high heat-up rates. The furnaces can be supplied for 1100°C or 1300°C. Both models are designed for horizontal application.

The test chambers are designed according to the most modern production processes and ready to plug in.
The entire system is designed for use in extreme conditions and guarantees reliable operation and long life.
Regardless of the form and nature of the inspection items there are powerful special compressed air nozzles for achieving of constancy dust flow and that lead to secure test results.
